1. Who you are contracting with

Friddle is operated by Mideum Lee ("we", "us", "Friddle"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The service

Friddle lets parents and family members photograph children's artwork, receive AI-generated interpretations, and keep a shared family gallery. You must have authority to upload any image you submit, and you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • attempt to interfere with the service, probe it, or scrape it;
  • upload malware or attempt to bypass security controls.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the artwork and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely so we can provide the service to you and your family group.

5. Our intellectual property

The Friddle software, design, branding, and AI prompts remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal linked from your account page.

7. AI-generated content

Interpretations and stories produced by Friddle are generated by AI. They are intended as warm, non-clinical reflections and are not medical, psychological, or developmental advice. You are responsible for how you share or act on these outputs.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it will be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
