We want you to love Friddle. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at hello@littlecurators.app and we will help you get it processed.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle. You can also cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If something has clearly gone wrong on our end, get in touch — we'll do the right thing.
